Corporate staff was on site for the 3 days prior to opening and the 2 days after opening and all staff members from the new store, as well as the owners were allowed to train in our corporate stores for as long as they felt necessary.

Unlike other franchises, our corporate mandate is to provide unparalleled support to new franchise owners, not just manuals and e-mails. Our goal is to ensure all entrepreneurs are successful as part of the Yum Yo’s team.

What makes Yum Yo’s stores unique is the upscale atmosphere, wide variety of yogurts and toppings, our premium products (no powdered yogurt mix-ours comes to us as frozen yogurt and stays that way), and top quality customer experience. We host first rate “all you can eat” yogurt parties and can cater for hundreds at any type of event.

Yum Yo’s offers over 90 toppings in each store and has over 160 rotating flavors of premium yogurt. Kids love the huge selection of gummies, chocolate and popping boba. Adults enjoy the unique rotating flavors, wide variety of fresh fruit and healthy toppings. Once customers experience “creating their own masterpiece” from 21 flavors and over 90 toppings, they won’t go anywhere else.

Yum Yo’s corporate staff will support you every step of the way, beginning with site selection, through construction, grand opening and ongoing operations. Your training will include time in our corporate owned stores experiencing day to day operations in a “real world” atmosphere, not a classroom setting. Yum Yo’s corporate staff will visit your location and help work through issues with you. We won’t just send you manuals and say “call me if you need me”. We are committed that someone from the corporate office will be there for every Yum Yo’s grand opening!

After grand opening, you will have access to the corporate staff, as well as access to the management staff in any of our corporate stores. We are here to help in any way we can.
