July 21, 2015 // Franchising.com // JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – Long-time Central Florida businessman Derrick Vance is putting his more than 15 years’ property/casualty insurance experience to work as the newest owner of a Brightway Insurance agency at 1196 Tree Swallow Drive, Suite 1322 in the Winter Springs Town Center. The agency will open on Monday, July 27, the company announced.
