Founded in 1989 in the basement of Patrice’s home, Patrice & Associates Hospitality Recruiting has grown to become one of the largest restaurant and hospitality management recruiting firms in the country.

Patrice began franchising her successful model in January 2010 and has grown rapidly to include 80+ franchisees and over 12 Regional Developers. Our goal is to build a network of franchisees nationwide developing relationships with clients and job seekers.

January 2016 we began expansion into Canada and are duplicating our successful model of management staffing in the hospitality industry. Future growth plans include expanding into the United Kingdom.


You have a defined territory with zip codes to develop but you are free to work the entire country giving you huge schedule flexibility with time zone variances.

Training and On Boarding

Franchise success starts with great Training and On Boarding.   At Patrice & Associates, Our Training and On Boarding process is second to none.   We stay with you through your ramp up period to make sure you know how to operate a successful Patrice & Associates franchise opportunity.

We offer:

  • 3 Week Training Program: 1 Week Virtual, 2 Weeks at Headquarters.
  • 1 Week Classroom instruction including live phone labs!
  • 1 Week On the Job Experience (OJE) at our successful company affiliateoperation. You’ll leave working real job orders and candidates.
  • 6 weeks post education curriculum.
  • 90 days operational mentoring from an experienced successful peer mentor.
  • 6 months business coaching.
