Strong Support
From Day One.

The new Massage Heights Franchise Owner will attend five weeks of intensive training called Base Camp. In both classroom and in-Retreat training, we will cover all aspects of the Massage Heights franchise business, including product and service knowledge, Retreat operations, client communication, billing, customer service, cash management, advertising, promotions, and opening and closing procedures. In addition, there is ongoing support for the life of the franchise. Massage Heights provides proprietary billing and scheduling software with 24/7 customer support.

  • Week 1

    Base Camp – held at Corporate Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. This five-day training session covers every aspect of opening and growing your Retreat.

  • Week 2

    This session, offered six weeks later, covers franchise relations, products and services review, local store marketing, member conversions, loss prevention, B2B relations and Millennium reporting.

  • Week 3

    This session features training in-Retreat with in-depth training on every aspect of successfully running your Retreat. Front desk functions, inventory, display room setup, guest communications and conflict resolution, retail sales, operations and more.

  • Week 4

    This session features a review of company culture, treatment room set-up, marketing, pricing and service descriptions, payroll, scheduling, uniforms, hygiene duties, draping, sanitation, insurance and more.

  • Week 5

    This week’s session is held at your new location with a Massage Heights Franchising Team Member or Developer Team Member working with you and your team during your first opening days. We will guide you, coach you, and set goals for your newly operating location.
