We want experienced multi-unit/multi-brand operators to not only have passion for business and award-winning flavor, but also have the desire to develop MOOYAH in a market where you can leverage your existing business experience and enhance your personal MOOYAH growth.

  • You own a few other restaurants. Or you own another business. Maybe you just really love MOOYAH. Either way being passionate about business and flavor is critical to your MOOYAH success.
  • You really like people and you know the ones that will come to your restaurant, ”we call them Guests. You have to love them, want to get to know them and be involved with them in the community.
  • You're dedicated to running the best restaurant ever, period.
  • You want to grow with MOOYAH, that means opening not just one or even two restaurants.
  • You have a minimum net worth of approximately $500,000 and a minimum liquid cash of approximately $200,000.
  • You know what you're doing or at least you're willing to learn from us.
  • You understand that you will invest $30,000 in the first franchise fee and subsequent payments of $20,000 (we want our operators to desire multiple locations).
Lastly, you understand the importance of all-round franchise growth. As an FYI, our royalty is 6 percent, along with a 3 percent advertising and 1 percent local store marketing cost.

Our first-class operations and in-restaurant support team focus on driving sales through a high use of technology and hands-on active support, including:

Going beyond restaurant operations:
We offer suggestions and vendors for affordable insurance plans that include property, casualty, health and dental plans, financial planning and investment strategies and discounted parts supplier programs and lenders.

Our support continues once restaurants are open and operating. Our franchisees are assigned a Franchise Business Consultant whose main objective is to help MOOYAH franchisees operate their business more efficiently. They spend time with our franchisees and store managers tracking and managing food and labor costs and ensure an exceptional Guest experience.

Interactive management training:
Our intensive training begins with a three-week program at our corporate offices with classroom instruction. It then continues in our training restaurant. All franchisees and managers are required to attend and successfully complete our training, resulting in a MOOYAH certification. Our director of training and staff conduct daily testing with a strong focus on leadership development, business specifics, inventory management, labor scheduling, food cost control as well as conflict resolution.

Proprietary tools for recruiting and staffing:
We engage the services of BHI, a leader in human research assessments and have also developed our own interview guides, recruitment marketing materials and effective recruitment advertisements and strategies.

Operational and organization systems:
Our franchise business consultants spend considerable time focusing on how to best operate a MOOYAH restaurant, including how to best utilize our products, develop strong vendor relationships and maintain all operational procedures. We provide our franchise operators with graphic design and artwork, professional food photography and MOOYAH branded assets that include merchandise and apparel. An integral part of MOOYAH is to give back and become connected and recognized in each of the communities where we operate our restaurants.

Intensive real estate selection assistance:
Once the franchise agreement is signed, you will work very closely with our real estate department who will provide guidance regarding what is important for finding the right MOOYAH restaurant location. This includes providing our Guests demographics and psychographics, as well as requirements for traffic patterns and an analysis of competition. We will also work with your real estate broker to search for locations all the way through to lease execution and advise on lease structures and terms.

Project management:
We assist in each restaurant design development and monitor this process with a personal project manager who will work with you on the build-out process, coordinating with architects and ordering all of the materials including fixtures, furniture and equipment.

Coordination during countdown to opening:
Getting ready to open your MOOYAH is a critical process. We provide assistance with all forms, ordering uniforms and sourcing the correct products. We will also coordinate the printing of invitations for your initial VIP restaurant opening.

Nationwide distribution channels:
What separates MOOYAH apart from all of the other "better burger" concepts is our relentless demand for freshness and quality. We have entered into a partnership with US Foods to ensure the best prices for top brands like Hellman's, Heinz, French's, A-1, Hidden Valley, K.C. Masterpiece BBQ and Cholula, which are all products used in our restaurants.

We are able to accomplish our brand's growth goals by selecting the right franchisees and helping them to select the right general managers. We are attracting experienced leaders with a passion for excellence and a desire to give back to their community. We will also provide assistance in setting up suggested compensation programs along with training and supervision.

Franchisees and store managers must possess a strong value system that enables them to connect with our obsessive, passionate and incredible Guest experience. Our Home Town, Home Team environment is neighborhood-focused and relationship-focused. Qualifications for a MOOYAH franchise require a net worth of $500,000 and a liquid capital of $200,000 per restaurant.
