The recognition comes after an independent survey by the Franchise Research Institute of more than 86 percent of the Miracle-Ear franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with and other feedback on the Miracle-Ear franchise system.
“This is extremely high franchisee participation in the survey and shows their dedication towards improving the Miracle Ear Brand,” said, Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of Franchise Research Institute. “With nine out of 10 franchisees rating the overall quality of the franchisor as positive, it’s not hard to see why.”
The survey asked Miracle-Ear franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall growth potential, quality, support and communication.
The results show Miracle-Ear not only has an energetic franchise community but a happy one, as well. Ninety-three percent graded the “quality of products and services received from the franchisor” as positive.
A key component to World-Class Franchising is maintaining high quality standards. Once again Miracle-Ear scores extremely high in this area with their franchisees giving a 90 percent positive score to this question: My Franchisor encourages high standards of quality performance throughout the organization.
“This is an extremely important ranking for Miracle-Ear as their business is based on satisfied customers and quality products,” said Johnson. “It’s also exciting for The Franchise Research Institute to share extraordinary results such as these with an extraordinary franchise system.”
