Franchising Company Allegra Network Selected as a 2010 Best Franchise For Veterans.
FranchiseWorks.com | Franchising Company Allegra Network Selected as a 2010 Best Franchise For Veterans. World Franchising Network Names Leading Graphic Communications Company Among Top 50 Franchises in the United States.

NORTHVILLE, Mich. (July 15, 2010)— The World Franchising Network has selected Allegra Network, the 500-unit worldwide marketing, print and graphic communications company and franchisor of the brands Allegra, American Speedy Printing Centers printing franchise, Insty-Prints and Signs Now sign franchise, as one of the “50 Top Franchises for Veterans.”

With its extensive product line of books, internet websites, databases and consulting services, the World Franchising Network is the preeminent provider of reliable, up-to-date and easy-to-use information on franchising. The 50 companies featured on the list were selected from hundreds of franchisors who completed a questionnaire describing the specific financial incentives they provide veterans. The results of the survey were featured in the April 9, 2010 issue of USA Today in the “Franchising Today” section, which was widely disseminated at the 2010 International Franchise Expo (IFE) in Washington D.C.

“We are pleased to share this honor with the 30-plus military veterans that are part of our senior management team and franchise owners,” said Steve White, Allegra Network’s Chief Operating Officer, who spent six years as a United States Army officer. “Facilitating the opportunity for veterans to become Allegra Network franchise owners is a simple way we can give back to those who have given us so much.”

This award is due in-part to Allegra Network’s support for military veterans through the VetFran program. VetFran is a voluntary program organized through the International Franchise Association and its member-companies, and is designed to encourage franchise ownership by offering financial incentives to honorably discharged veterans. As VetFran participants for more than five years, Allegra Network reduces its franchise fee by 25 percent for qualifying veterans who meet the requirements of the VetFran Program. In the last six years, 10 percent of Allegra and Signs Now new franchise members have benefited from the VetFran program.
